Shipments and returns

The Kult Klothes rock fashion store offers fast airmail shipping on all orders to Europe, USA (including AFO/APO), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Your parcel

All orders are shipped with insured postal airmail, usually within 2-3 days after the order and successful payment have been received. Delivery within the EU takes an average 5-7 days, delivery to the US 5-10 days, and all other corners of the world about 2 weeks. Express shipping by UPS is available on request, please contact us for details.

Military Addresses
We can ship to US military addresses like APO/AFO, this is not a problem. Delivery might take a few days longer, as final delivery is made by military mail service.

Local Taxes
All our prices include VAT applicable for all orders within the EU. All orders placed from outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the final price (usually about 15%). However, local taxes may apply and might be charged by your country’s customs services.

Returns & exchanges

Should you need to return or exchange any item bought from our store, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a different size or a replacement, or should this not be possible, a refund. Our returns and exchange procedure is very simple, all you have to do is to send us the parcel back at your own expense, and once we have received the unworn and undamaged goods back, we will issue the replacement, exchange or refund.

Please note that there are a few things you need to carefully pay attention to:

• you are responsible for the goods until they get back to our office. Should the parcel get lost or the goods damaged, we can not issue any replacement or refund
• return shipping costs are at your expense, while sending the replacement back to you is at our expense (we will make a free exchange once per order)
• international customers from outside the EU must carefully label the parcel as a return / exchange, otherwise import taxes might be charged by customs - if that happens, they are at the customers expense
• return & exchange boxes should be carefully labeled on the outside, and a note placed on the inside explaining it is an exchange / return (please ask your carrier for stickers and advice to label the box)
